DE|RIVE® is dispensed exclusively through the practitioner’s office and is not available over the counter. This ensures proper medical guidance and integration into your personalized scalp plan.

Using SkinPen® microneedling, we create controlled micro-channels in the scalp to:

In-Office Application

During your treatment visit, we use SkinPen® microneedling at a more superficial setting to create controlled micro-channels in the scalp and help optimize delivery of DE|RIVE®. Unlike traditional facial microneedling, the goal is not deep skin remodeling, but enhanced scalp support and treatment absorption.
Because a more superficial setting is used, many patients find treatment comfortable. Pro-Nox™ may also be used during treatment for added comfort.

30-Day Take-Home Support Serum

Each treatment includes a 30-day DE|RIVE® support serum designed for morning and evening use. Consistent home use helps continue scalp nourishment and support between in-office treatments, helping maintain momentum throughout the treatment series.

For optimal results, we recommend:
• A series of 3 treatments
• Spaced 4 weeks apart
• Daily use of the DE|RIVE® 30-day support serum
Most patients begin noticing:
• Reduced shedding within 6–8 weeks
• Improved fullness over 3–6 months
• Continued improvement with consistency
Results vary based on consistency, hormones, genetics, stress, and the underlying cause of shedding or thinning.

Touch-up treatments may be recommended every 3–6 months based on your results, goals, and provider recommendation.
Most patients tolerate treatment well. Because hair can make topical numbing difficult to apply evenly, many patients choose Pro-Nox™ for added comfort. SkinPen® is used at a more superficial setting than facial microneedling because the goal is serum delivery into the scalp rather than deeper skin remodeling. Because a more superficial setting is used, many patients find treatment more comfortable than traditional facial microneedling.
Downtime is minimal. Mild redness or scalp sensitivity may occur following treatment and typically resolves quickly.
We generally recommend waiting 12–24 hours before washing your hair after treatment. Your provider will review personalized aftercare instructions.
Patients with active scalp infections, open wounds, certain scalp conditions, or medical causes of hair loss requiring physician evaluation may not be ideal candidates. A consultation will help determine if treatment is appropriate.
