how it works

Vivace® Microneedle RF is a non-surgical alternative to a facelift that provides a holistic method of maximizing aesthetic results while avoiding patient discomfort. Vivace is fast, efficient with minimal pain making it perfect for those that do not want surgery.  Using incredibly precise, gold-tipped needles, an advanced motor and an advanced software algorithm, the Vivace system provides a powerful boost to your natural skin.

Microneedling works by using extremely small needles to pierce the very top layers of the skin. In turn, this spurs skin growth and collagen production. As your skin reacts to the penetration of the needles, the appearance of unwanted skin issues is reduced.

Vivace microneedling can be used to treat wrinkles, discoloration, acne scarring, and other types of scarring. By turbocharging the skin’s natural healing process, Vivace allows you to get the skin that you have always wanted – without a surgical procedure.

  • 45 minute treatment time. 2 hours in the clinic.

  • Dependent upon your skin concern and desired outcome. The average client repeats the treatment every month for 3 months for optimal results.

  • A post treatment cream and skin care plan will be suggested for you to use for at least 3 days after the the treatment. Most patients are able to go back to all activities immediately after the treatment. However, you will want to refrain from wearing make up for 12 hours and swelling may persist for 2-7 days.

  • Does it hurt?

    With a numbed face, the treatment feels like little more than light pressure to the face with an occasional warming sensation. Typically, the numbing cream is applied 30 to 45 minutes prior to the treatment to ensure a comfortable patient experience throughout the treatment. Many testimonials from patients say they found the treatment to be in a range of comfortable to mild stinging. Pronox and our CBD Liquid can be used to decrease pain and anxiety.

    How long does the result last?

    Everyone is different, but the collagen and elastin you make is your own and continues accelerated production over the next six months as results improve over time. This persists and resets the clock. So it doesn’t stop the signs of aging but it has reversed it.

    What kind of skin does it work on?

    All skin colors and types can be treated, including fair, tanned skin and dark skin. Darker skin typically gets better results.
