About Ellacor Micro-Coring

A non-laser option that uses hollow needles to remove micro-cores of skin, resulting in an improved appearance of moderate and severe wrinkles in the mid to lower face without evidence of scarring. Ellacor is the first device to actually remove skin on the microscale.

how it works

Ellacor precisely removes cores of skin as it moves across the treatment area. It’s specially designed hollow needles penetrate and remove up to 8% of skin without evidence of scarring. After the skin is removed, the body’s natural healing response quickly closes the cores, resulting in an improved appearance. Recovery time ranges from a few days to a couple weeks, which can vary by patient and treatment settings. Since every patient heals at different rates, patient results and experience may vary.

An ellacor procedure typically takes about 30 minutes or less. However, plan for an hour and a half in office to numb.
