how it works
KYBELLA® is a patented formulation of deoxycholic acid manufactured by Allergan, the makers of BOTOX®. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies used to digest fat in our diets. The medicine destroys the fat cell membrane (picture a balloon popping) allowing the pockets of fat to be excreted out of the body without surgery.

Stay well hydrated and avoid strenuous activity on the day of treatment. Normal activity can resume the next day.
